An international webinar, held online on May 7, 2024, concluded the AGRI-EW project, gathering 108 participants, including representatives from 11 social partners’ organizations across five EU member states and two candidate countries, along with additional international attendees. Conducted via Zoom and streamed on YouTube, the event aimed to present project findings, discuss good practices, and engage in dialogue on the future of social dialogue in agriculture. Sessions covered EU law on employee participation, transnational cooperation, and the European Green Deal. The webinar featured expert presentations, discussions on labor relations, and evaluation of the project’s outcomes. Participants highlighted the importance of international cooperation and the need for ongoing dialogue to enhance social dialogue in agriculture.
