The kick off meeting was implemented on 5/12/2023 and attended by 15 people rappresenting all partenrs organizations.

During the meeting partners had the opportunity to present themslef and the activities of their organization. The meetig was dedicated to the presentation of the project activities, object and expected results,  discussing organizational issues, division of tasks and dates of events. Morover where preseted and discudded the content of the research methodology, technical matters and strategy for the research and analysis phase of the project.  The project coordinator clarify the tasks of each organisation and assign the particular partners to the tasks (that is already communicated with them during the development stage of this project proposal). The project implementation team discussed the implementation strategy, dissemination and communication plans that has already been prepared and note any potential comments and remarks. The meeting will clarify the deadline and outcomes and outputs to be produced during each month of the project implementation. Notably, some of the participants already know each other as they have successfully cooperated previously in frames of different projects, but all the partners will establish friendly relations and, importantly, go through the modalities related to the internal and external communication. They will clarify the intensity of the communication, reporting the progress of the activities and reports. How each of them should contribute to the project reports, outputs and outcomes. The representatives of the organisations will clarify the subcontracting issues and start searching for the reputable national experts and their selection procedure to implement the research phase of the project.
